I’m Sally, I am a content creator and moderator for team MMHP.

I have struggled with my own mental wellbeing over the years but founding my little not-for-profit company has really helped me. S&L Safe Cut Kits puts together safety and prevention kits specifically designed to support individuals who are affected by self harm.
